What can be returned?
All products can be returned with the plastic seal still covering the product.
When do items need to be returned?
You have 30 days to return the purchased goods.
Where do items need to be returned?
If the item/s reason for return is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will reach out with instructions on how to return. Please visit Refunds and returns poster A4 (accc.gov.au) as it will give you a better understanding of what is permissible for a refund/exchange.
How do customers return items?
Simply send us an email to glowgenic9@gmail.com with your name, contact, reason/s for return, proof of purchase, and photo evidence that illustrates your reason for the return/exchange.
Shipping for returns?
Shipping rates are non-refundable. You will be required to pay the relevant shipping costs if you wish to return/exchange the product.
Credit for returns?
There are no credits offered.
